We started Sonta AI because we're living through one of the biggest shifts in how go-to-market work gets done. AI is rewriting what a sales team can do — and we feel it ourselves, every day, in the gap between what's now possible and what the tools around us actually allow.
The friction is everywhere once you see it. Context that lives in someone's head instead of the system. Follow-ups that depend on someone remembering. A CRM that stores what reps type instead of doing the work. None of that is a model problem — the model is ready. It's the system around it that was built for a different era.
So we built a new one. We started in 2025 with a small team that has spent careers in both go-to-market and AI delivery — people who've felt these pain points firsthand and decided to fix them properly. We took funding from people who use the product. We're building it in public, with our first customers, partnering with each of them through the same transition we believe in.
