What people ask about pricing.
How is AI billed?
It isn't, by us. Connect your own provider and the model cost is billed by that provider directly. Sonta never marks it up and never meters your usage — agent runs are unmetered on every plan, including Solo.
What counts as a record?
One entry in your CRM — a contact, a company, a deal. There is no separate "active contact" calculation.
Are workflow runs limited?
On Solo and Core, yes: 1,000 runs a month on Solo and 5,000 on Core. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited under fair use. This is the workflow engine only — the AI calls and agent runs inside those workflows are never metered on any plan.
Can I stay on Solo as I grow?
Solo is capped at 2 seats and Core at 10, both hard caps. Core lifts the workflow limit and adds the marketing module, funnel and cohort reporting, and unlimited dashboards. Pro removes the seat ceiling entirely, with a 5-seat minimum.
Do I have to buy implementation?
No. Every plan is usable at the sticker price. Migration, blueprint installs and workflow builds are optional and priced separately.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you run multiple locations or legal entities, need a security review and custom contract, require dedicated infrastructure, or must run AI models inside your own environment.
Do you offer a free plan?
No — we offer a 14-day trial of the full product and a 30-day money-back guarantee on Solo and Core. We would rather build one product properly than a limited version of it.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is the default and saves 20% on Solo and Core, 18% on Pro. The switch above the tiers shows either price. Enterprise is annual only.
