Product overview

The AI-native CRM.
The agents are already inside.

Sonta AI is the GTM platform built AI-first. Lead capture, customer profiles, pipeline, reporting, follow-ups — every process has an agent inside it, and your team reaches that agent from wherever they're working. The work happens; the CRM keeps up.

Where your team works inside Sonta AI.

Three surfaces hold most of the day. The customer profile is the briefing before a conversation. The agentic automation engine is where workflows are shaped. Dashboards are the review at the end of the day. Each one has AI in the loop.

Customer profile

Every contact is a briefing, not a database row.

The customer profile is built for the moment before a conversation. The agent pulls full thread history, deal context, news on their company, the last touchpoint from anyone on your team, and the suggested next step.

Agentic automation engine

Map your sales motion. Sonta AI runs it.

The automation engine is where workflows are shaped. Configure agents around your motion — lead routing, qualification, nurture sequences, escalation. Each one shaped to your team, not templated.

Dashboards

A sales dashboard that's current every time you open it.

Pipeline, agent performance, deal-risk signals, forecast accuracy. Updated as the work lands, not when someone remembers to log activity.

Sonta AI is your GTM platform. It still talks to everything else.

Sonta AI replaces your CRM, your AI sales assistant, your sequence tool, and most of what your ops team built in Zapier. It still reads from and writes to the tools your team won't give up — your inbox, your calendar, your listing portals, your identity provider.

CRM implementation in eight to twelve weeks — your data, your tone, your workflow.

A full CRM implementation, shaped to your firm before it ships. The project team sits with yours to design your data structure, migrate records from your existing CRM and other sources, connect your integrations, and build the agents around your closed-won transcripts and your existing playbook — then runs the first workflow in shadow mode before going live. Most teams see response times drop to under 60 seconds within the first month of live operation.

Weeks 1–2
Discovery, data structure & migration
The project team sits with yours. We map the workflow, design your CRM data structure, and plan the migration from your existing CRM and other sources. Records, custom fields, and your integrations — inbox, calendar, comms stack — are imported and connected in this window.
Weeks 3–5
Data import, integrations & playbook
Data import and integration testing run alongside agent tuning. The agents are shaped to your firm — we work from your closed-won transcripts, your top-rep recordings, and your existing playbook, not a generic template. Tone, scripts, edge cases, escalation rules.
Weeks 6–8
Shadow mode
Agents run against live conversations but don't ship anything without a human approval. You see what each agent would have done. You correct. The playbook updates. The next message reflects it.
Weeks 9–10
Threshold tuning
You decide where each agent acts autonomously and where it asks a human first. We can ship cautious or aggressive — you pick the dial, per workflow and per channel.
Weeks 11–12
Live
Agents ship. Project team sits in the war room for the first two weeks. Most teams see response times drop to under 60 seconds within the first month.

What we get asked most.

What is an AI-native CRM?

An AI-native CRM is built around AI agents from the data model up, rather than adding AI features to a CRM that was designed years earlier. In an AI-native system, records update as a side effect of work happening: a meeting wraps and the deal moves; an email sends and the contact updates. Agents read and write to the same data model your team works in. Sonta AI is built this way from the ground up. Established platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive are excellent, mature CRMs that have since added AI capabilities to their existing architecture — a different approach, and the right one for many teams.

What's the difference between an AI CRM and a traditional CRM?

A traditional CRM stores what reps remember to enter. An AI CRM has agents reading and writing to the same records in real time — capturing emails, summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, updating stages, scheduling next steps. The work shows up in the CRM because the work happens in the CRM. Your team stops doing the data entry.

What do AI sales agents actually do inside Sonta AI?

Sonta AI agents handle the work between "lead lands" and "the human matters": multi-channel lead response, qualification questions, scheduling, keep-warm sequencing, post-call record updates, follow-up drafting, hand-off briefs, and pre-meeting prep. Every action is logged with the context that produced it. The human reviews the agent's day in fifteen minutes.

Is this a CRM or a CRM add-on?

Sonta AI is the CRM. Most teams retire their existing CRM at the 90-day mark, after they realize their team has stopped opening it. If you want to keep your old CRM as a system of record during the transition, Sonta AI will sync to it — but the goal is one system, one bill, one place the work happens.

How is an agentic workflow different from sales automation?

Sales automation runs deterministic rules — "if X, send Y." An agentic workflow runs a goal — "qualify this lead, in the channel they wrote in, in our voice, escalate if confidence drops below 80%." The agent adapts each step to the conversation. Rules don't.

What's the best AI CRM in 2026?

The honest answer is "depends on your business." Sonta AI is the best fit for teams that want the agents to do the work — lead capture through follow-up — and want the CRM shaped to their motion in eight to twelve weeks, not six months. Attio, Day.ai, and Folk are credible AI-native CRMs for teams that prefer a leaner workbench. Salesforce + Agentforce and HubSpot + Breeze are the bolt-on choices.

What happens when the model gets something wrong?

The agent is conservative by default. When the model isn't sure, the agent escalates to a human. Every message is logged with the model context that produced it. You can rewind, edit the playbook, and the change applies to the next message — no retraining, no fine-tuning, no engineering ticket.

Who owns the data and where does it run?

You own your data, full stop. We don't train on it. We don't pool it. EU-resident by default, US and UK regions available, self-hosted on your VPC for enterprise. GDPR-resident from day one.

Your team, AI-first by next quarter.
