Available blueprints
Two blueprints are available: CRM, which every new business already has, and Email Marketing, which adds campaigns with an initial email and two follow-ups sent from your own mailbox. This page lists what each creates and what it needs before you install it.

Requirements
A role that can create collections and automations. How installing works is in Install a blueprint; what a blueprint is, in What a blueprint is.
CRM
| Installed | Automatically, when a business is created. Do not install it again by hand. |
|---|---|
| Creates | A CRM folder; the collections Companies, Contacts, Leads, Deals, and Notes & activities; a stage set and a default pipeline for Companies, Contacts, Leads, and Deals; a lead conversion automation. |
| Settings | Variant: sales CRM (companies, contacts, leads, deals), or CRM with orders, which adds a product catalog, order lines, order, shipping, and payment fields on deals, and an order total. Fixed once installed. With the orders variant, you can point it at existing catalog collections or let it create a generic Products collection. |
| Default status | New entries in its collections are saved as published. |
Email Marketing
| Installed | On request. |
|---|---|
| Creates | An Email Marketing folder; Campaigns and Recipients collections; a starter audience filter; three email templates (initial send, first follow-up, last follow-up); a dispatch automation and a per-recipient send-sequence automation. |
| Sequence | An initial email, a first follow-up two days later, and a last follow-up two days after that, per recipient. |
| Needs first | A connected mailbox to send from, and an audience collection with an email group field, such as Contacts. A collection with only a plain email field is rejected. |
| Settings | Campaign name: a prefix for everything it creates; installing again with the same name adds a number. Daily caps for each of the three steps and a per-mailbox daily cap, each defaulting to 10. |
Notes and limitations
- The Email Marketing daily caps are shared by every campaign running from the same install, not set per campaign. A cap is a rolling 24-hour limit.
- The per-mailbox cap counts every email the mailbox sends across all three steps.
- Unsubscribes are handled across the whole business; the audience collection needs no field for them.
- Lowering the first follow-up's cap also delays the last follow-up for the recipients still waiting.
