Saved views over your entries, how they are displayed, and how a single record's page is laid out.

• GuideViews and record layoutsA view is a saved way of looking at a collection — which entries you see, which columns show, and whether it is a table, a board, or a calendar. A record layout is how a single entry's page is arranged. Both can be personal to you or shared with everyone who has access to the collection.
• ArticleCreate and save a viewOpen the collection, narrow it to the entries you want and choose the columns to show, then save it with a name. Decide whether it is shared with everyone who can access the collection or personal to you — and pick how it displays: a table, a board by stage, or a calendar.
• ArticleFilter a viewEach field type offers the conditions that make sense for it — text matches on containing or equalling, numbers on ranges, dates on before, after, or between, option fields on any-of or all-of, and almost everything supports "is empty". Combine conditions to narrow a view, and save absolute dates rather than relative ones.
• ArticleChoose visible fields and column orderChoose the columns a view shows by picking fields from the collection's searchable fields, then save the view to keep that set. Only searchable fields can be shown as columns, so a field missing from the list needs to be made searchable first.
• ArticleSort a viewSort a view by choosing a column and a direction. You can sort by when entries were created or last updated, or by any searchable field that allows ordering; by default, the most recently updated entries come first. A saved view does not keep its sort, so set it again after opening the view.
• ArticleConfigure a record layoutA record layout arranges what an entry's page shows, in three areas: a left column, a main area, and a right column. Place the blocks where people look first, name the layout, and save it as shared with everyone who works in the collection or as personal to you.
